Dedicated QA/QC inspectors
2 inspectors work independently from production, so the person who signs off your parts isn’t the person who made them.

We inspect all products — or follow your own inspection plan if you have one.
Reports on request
Dimensional inspection and first-article inspection reports with any order.
What we measure with
Coordinate measuring machine (CMM), vision measuring system, Mitutoyo SJ-210 surface roughness tester and hardness tester.
An independently verified factory
Our factory has passed an on-site check for Alibaba.com and holds an SGS supplier verification report (No. 492624647_T, valid to June 2027) covering our production lines, equipment and quality control.

Send your drawing. An engineer will reply with a price, lead time and any design suggestions — usually within 24 hours.
